Gaming group Embracer announced alongside today's year-end report that the group is proceeding with a further spin-off, this time involving Fellowship Entertainment, which is slated for a separate listing in 2027.

'At today's valuation, the stock is no obvious bargain. For us, Embracer will become more interesting as the Fellowship spin-off approaches. We remain neutral', Affärsvärlden wrote in a commentary on Wednesday. The publication views Fellowship as an attractive asset, while the remaining Embracer entity is expected to stay a rather messy and opaque mix.

Embracer has previously spun off Asmodee and Coffee Stain as independently listed companies.
