(Alliance News) - Aeffe Spa is accelerating its recovery process and has filed a petition with the Court of Bologna for authorization to secure super-senior financing within the framework of its negotiated crisis settlement procedure.
The company has requested approval for a bullet loan of up to EUR20 million granted by illimity Bank, with a maximum maturity of 18 months and 2 days. The facility carries a cost equal to the 3-month Euribor (zero floor) plus a 12% margin.
The financing would be secured, inter alia, by a pledge on the registered trademarks held by Aeffe, including Moschino and Alberta Ferretti. The request aims to cover the group's liquidity requirements during the restructuring phase.
In parallel, Pollini and Aeffe have requested the expert in charge of the negotiated settlement, Riccardo Ranalli, to extend the procedure until October 4. The negotiated settlement was initiated on October 2, 2025, and the current deadline is set for June 6.
The two companies have also filed an appeal with the Court of Bologna for selective precautionary measures, aimed at protecting corporate assets from potential individual creditor actions and facilitating the completion of the recovery plan.
