AEFFE S.P.A. AND POLLINI S.P.A.: EXTENSION OF THE EXPERT'S APPOINTMENT IN THE NEGOTIATED RESOLUTION OF THE CRISIS

San Giovanni in Marignano, March 20, 2026 - Further to the announcements made on October 2 and October 10, 2025, Aeffe S.p.A. (the "Company") - a luxury goods company listed on Euronext Milan, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., which operates in both the ready-to-wear and footwear and leather goods sectors with highly recognized brands, including Alberta Ferretti, Moschino, and Pollini - announces that, following a request from the Company and its subsidiary Pollini S.p.A. pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 17, paragraph 7, of the Italian Civil Code, Dr. Riccardo Ranalli today confirmed his continued role as Expert in negotiated resolution of corporate crises until the expiration of the protective and precautionary measures granted by the Court of Bologna, and therefore until June 6, 2026.
