(Alliance News) - Aeffe Spa announced on Wednesday that Rocco Bennici has resigned from his positions as Chief Financial Officer, officer in charge of preparing corporate accounting documents, and investor relations officer.

Bennici will step down on June 9 to pursue a new professional opportunity. The outgoing executive currently holds 8,500 shares in the company.

Aeffe shares closed Wednesday down 8.5% at EUR0.16 per share.
