ADP
In January, ADP reported a 5% increase in group traffic, reaching a total of 29.5 million passengers. At Paris airports alone, traffic was up 3.5%, with 7.8 million passengers. Groupe ADP will publish its 2025 annual results after the close of trading on February 18.

Cogra
As announced on January 6, with revenue of 22.6 million euros for the first half of 2025/2026, compared to 18.7 million euros for the same period in the previous year, Cogra has overcome the impact of the energy crisis seen in the last two financial years. During this period, operational discipline and cost control led to a sharp recovery in Ebitda, which stood at 2.6 million euros, representing a margin of 11.5%, compared to -0.3 million euros a year earlier. After 1.5 million euros in depreciation and provisions, operating profit was 1.1 million euros (margin of 5%) versus -1.929 million euros a year ago. Net profit came in at 1.1 million euros, a net margin of 4.8%, against a net loss of 2 million euros the previous year.

Danone
The Paris public prosecutor has opened an investigation targeting five infant formula manufacturers, including Nestlé, Danone, and Lactalis, following mass recalls linked to the possible presence of cereulide, a toxin hazardous to health. The brands Babybio and La Marque en Moins are also involved. The investigation, opened for "deception regarding goods posing a danger to human health," follows numerous complaints and could result in criminal penalties of up to seven years in prison and fines of 3.75 million euros.

Eiffage
Eiffage, through its German subsidiary Salvia (Eiffage Energie Systèmes), is acquiring the assets of Claus Heinemann Elektroanlagen, a Munich-based company specializing in electrical engineering and building technical services. Subject to approval by German competition authorities, the deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026. This acquisition strengthens Salvia's presence in southern Germany and is part of Eiffage's external growth strategy, following the February 2026 announcement of the acquisition of HTW Engineers.

Figeac Aéro
Figeac Aéro has announced the signing of a new agreement with Safran Aircraft Engines to expand production capacity for a structural metal part of the M88 engine, which powers the Rafale fighter jet. This contract follows a previous development announced in May for the aircraft. Production will be based in France, involving both Figeac's main site and SN Auvergne Aéronautique, in order to meet the program's high technical requirements. The first deliveries are expected during the 2026/27 fiscal year, with no major additional investment required at this stage thanks to existing industrial capacities.

GTT

GTT has announced it has received an order from Jiangnan Shipyard for the design of tanks for four new LNG carriers on behalf of shipowner Shandong Marine Energy. Under this contract, GTT will design the cryogenic tanks for the vessels, each offering a capacity of 175,000 m³. The tanks will be equipped with GTT's Mark III Flex membrane containment system. Delivery of the vessels is scheduled between the third quarter of 2028 and the fourth quarter of 2029, the company said.

Sensorion
Sensorion has announced that Nawal Ouzren, CEO and board member, is stepping down for personal reasons incompatible with the role of CEO. Amit Munshi, currently chairman of Sensorion's board, will serve as interim CEO, while Nawal Ouzren will temporarily assist with the transition as a consultant to the company.

Vallourec
Vallourec has announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding with Baker Hughes, focused on accelerating the development of hydrogen storage solutions for the green hydrogen market. This collaboration aims to establish a close and long-term partnership to better serve clients across the green hydrogen value chain, including producers of green ammonia, sustainable fuels, or green steel, as well as sectors requiring decarbonized electricity such as data centers.

Vicat
The cement group reported net profit attributable to the group of 307 million euros, up 5.7% for its 2025 fiscal year. EBITDA reached 771 million euros, up 3.7% at constant scope and exchange rates, with a stable margin of 20%. On a reported basis, EBITDA slipped slightly due to currency effects. Consolidated revenue stood at 3.85 billion euros at constant scope and exchange rates, with a strong acceleration in the fourth quarter (+8.1%). On a reported basis, revenue fell slightly by -0.8%, hurt by a negative currency effect of -242 million euros, partially offset by a positive scope effect mainly linked to the integration of Cermix and Realmix.

Voltalia
Voltalia, an international renewable energy player, and Renvolt, its subsidiary dedicated to construction and maintenance services, have announced the signing of a turnkey engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract for the Wexford Hub project, a 124.2-megawatt solar power plant located in County Wexford, Ireland. This contract, concluded by Renvolt, strengthens collaboration with ESB, the Irish public energy company and a longstanding partner of Voltalia.
